External Objectives Will operate assigned stations and all other associated work including preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, making minor adjustments to maintain greatest operational efficiency, assist other mechanics, etc. Required to handle empty cases and other line problems, train other operators, perform best practice quality checks, watch for defective materials, and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality. Record all data as required (i.e. charts, necessary process adjustments based on data findings, etc.). Also responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and facility as required. Responsible for working in a team-based environment.

Manually record all data as required, charting necessary process adjustments based on data findings. Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and facility as required.
External Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in the operation of high-speed production machinery and monitoring of product quality. Proven experience with best practices and quality, with a strong maintenance background. Must be able to read and comprehend operating manuals and precisely follow oral and written instructions. Must also pass a written mechanical aptitude test. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds consistently throughout an entire shift. Able to get along with others and work in a team environment. Flexible for all shifts. Forklift experience is a plus.
